Delivery and Returns


DELIVERY

Standard delivery:  £4.95

International delivery: £10.00

If your item is in stock please allow approx 7-10 working days, but often much sooner depending on public holidays weekends etc.  If you require your item sooner than this please contact us by phone and you can even upgrade your postage so we can send next day delivery. 

If an item is out of stock this can take approx 7-10 days to order in for you from our supplier (again often sooner depending if the supplier is in this country) and then send directly you.  Your dispatch timescale therefore may not alter greatly.

When you place an order please tell us your event date and also your event fitting date.  We require these dates to help us meet your deadlines and timescales, sometimes we may not be able to achieve your dates of fitting if they are short notice, in this incidence we advise you call us to check timescales of deliveries or we can offer you the heel height for you to compare against one of your own styles

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order:

  •  you must notify us by email to boutique@cocuandchadwick.com, putting CANCEL ORDER  in the subject heading, before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
  • where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the returns procedure below.

RETURNS

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (7 days for sale items), providing the goods have all their original labelling and are in their original packaging. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless we have delivered an incorrect item.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. 

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -

(a) In the event that the product has been used, worn or damaged in any way. 


(b) The goods are not returned with the original packaging and labels in perfect condition as these are part of the product and cannot be resold if not present or damaged in any way.

(c) For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on lingerie or earrings.
